Killers (2010)

Killers

Killers (2010) undermines the great talent of Hollywood legend Tom Selleck as it tries to be romantic, comedic and action-filled.

It was not able to sustain its technical high which was the opening part where Spencer (Ashton Kutcher) cruises with a red Ferrari that illustrated him as a man on a mission. Its sudden drop to unexciting banal action sprees is noticeably boring.

Its moral high is Spencer’s sincerity to married life yet overshadowed by lies of his past and an arch message – to kill is noble if it is legal. From a Catholic perspective, only self-defense is acceptable. Notable quotes are nowhere to be found for lighthearted musings and meaningful meditation.
