Director-Writer Rebecca Miller must have had some great ideas in her mind for this movie but it just was not there. The shifting scenes to narrate Pippa Lee’s past and connect it with the present was exciting at first but dragged to humdrumness as the movie rolled. The cast however was superb but the plot failed to support the great talents.
Time flies so fast that living every moment of it sometimes becomes a luxury. Is spending three-fourths of your life preparing for a future you are not sure to be around worth your absence to family moments? Pippa Lee have lived multiple lives except her own. May we live our life that we can truly call our own.
