You Again (2010) is a comedic drama of grownups with teenage traumas and issues to resolve. And though this movie might also bring us back to the grueling experiences our arch-nemesis from way back has caused us or from our own evil tactics to people we hate for whatever reason, it’s moral high is focused on family, forgiveness and second chances.
We might think of our past like a scene in a movie that has to be edited or deleted but we are our experiences. There are more blessings to enjoy than curses to be haunted with. After all, we have a forgiving God who never runs out of second chances. Life is what we make it. As the Old Italian Proverb says, Vive bene, spesso l’amore di risata molto. Live well, love much and laugh often.
